Non-Credit Instructor - Trade Careers

• The Workforce Development and Lifelong Learning department at Middlesex College invites applications for part-time, non-credit instructors to teach the following subjects during the 2023-2024 Academic Year:
  

• Construction Management Certificate
• Industrial Electrical Maintenance Technician
• Electro-Mechanical Technician
• Animal Control Officer
• Personal Trainer
• NJ Uniform Construction Code
  1. Building Inspector RCH, ICS, HHS
  2. Plumbing Inspector ICS, HHS
  3. Fire Inspector ICS, HHS
  4. Sub-code Official
  5. Construction Official
  6. Technical Assistant

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in the specific field
• Certification and/or licensure required to teach courses, in NJ Uniform Construction Code, Animal Control Officer and Personal Trainer
• Experience teaching adult students in the specific field
• Subject matter expertise

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience teaching in a remote environment
• Bachelor’s Degree
