Program Manager - MBA

Position Category: Staff - Full-Time

Summary:
Under the direction of the MBA Director for the Woodbury School of Business, the MBA Program Manager provides leadership and support for all functions of the MBA program. Primary responsibilities will include recruitment of students, campus relations, event planning, and internal communication with students, faculty and staff of the MBA program.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited institution with a bachelor’s degree plus one year of experience related to the Summary of Duties or any combination of education and/or experience related to the Summary of Duties totaling five years.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of recruiting and marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook), and other software applications such as Google Drive, Recruit, Salesforce, Mailer lite, etc.
  • Knowledge of the development and implementation of events.
    *Skills in relationship building.
  • Skills in program development.
  • Skills in interpersonal, organizational, verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team member as well as individually.
  • Ability to solve problems, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build collaborations with public and private institutions.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism, initiative, creativity, tact and confidentiality.


Preferred Qualifications:
MBA preferred.


Physical Requirements:
General office environment with standing and sitting for extended periods of time, fine hand manipulation in the use of a computer, seeing, hearing, speaking.

Must be able to drive to events and host, interact and recruit potential students.

Pay Range: $34,052 - $42,565 DOE
