Primary Purpose of Position:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to students, faculty and staff. The position assists with preparation of significant reporting and assessment documents and also provides critical faculty and student support. This position assists faculty in achieving day-to-day teaching obligations, geared towards maintaining the Law School's mission of providing a quality legal education to prospective and existing students.

Minimum Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
The successful candidate must possess a working knowledge of Student Banner or an equivalent system; knowledge of accreditation standards, educational reporting obligations, and higher education site evaluation processes preferred; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Applications; knowledge of management; ability to work independently with little or no supervision; to take initiative to see projects and assignments through to completion on or before deadline; to learn, interpret and analyze information to make necessary decisions; to exercise judgment and discretion in problem solving; to plan, prioritize and organize workflow; ability to work flexible schedules; excellent analytical and organizational skills along with written and oral communication skills, excellent editing skills; great interpersonal skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with a wide range of individuals in a high pressure environment. The position requires knowledge of program policies, procedures and information systems in order to communicate and process information. The range of duties includes, but is not limited to, verifying data, report writing, summarizing and reconciling information or financial data, records management, and processing, data collection and analysis, research, inventory, travel request and reimbursement, and personnel administration.
