Endicott College’s Academic Affairs Department is seeking a collaborative and engaging Dean of the Endicott Center for Teaching & Learning.  Come join a team with a commitment to ensuring academic excellence for our students and resources for our faculty. Reporting directly to the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs, the inaugural position of Dean of the Endicott Center for Teaching and Learning (ECTL) is an essential member of the Provost’s Council, responsible for overseeing all initiatives and services provided through the ECTL. The Dean ensures that resources and services offered are developed based on evidence-based practices; managing all staff members working in the ECTL to create a team-oriented approach that enhances the current resources in place to support student success and developing all programming focused on teaching excellence for all members of the faculty, and creating a welcoming center for both students and faculty.

Qualifications include:

  • Earned doctorate or terminal degree equivalent in one’s field of study
  • Experience managing a team to identify the needs of both faculty and students
  • Supervisory experience with faculty and staff
  • Established record of accomplishment in higher education leadership
  • Record of a strong collaborative approach to program management and data-driven continuous improvement efforts
