Job Summary
JCCC's Online Order Specialists process online and Amazon orders in a timely manner, including back orders and payment errors. They also make sure that orders are completed and shipped in a timely manner. The Online Order Specialists are responsible for listing merchandise on the bookstore website, making sure pricing on the website is accurate and editing and making changes as needed. The Online Order Specialists are responsible for ensuring that non-merchandise equipment is in working order and maintained, and that the warehouse, dock area and buyback area are free from snow, ice and debris. Online Order Specialists also participate in cyclical and fiscal physical inventories.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
2 years' related work experience
Familiar with point of sale/inventory management system (preferably MBS)
Ability to operate general office equipment
Ability to use Microsoft Office
Ability to communicate and work effectively with a diverse college community
