Pay Range: $82,643 per year or higher depending on education and experience

Full/Part Time: Full Time

Position Summary:
The Director of Campus Services is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the operational and fiscal aspects of designated Auxiliary Services shared services departments and contracts including, but not limited to, dining operations, procurement, pouring/vending and other shared services as assigned. Director ensures the programs and services further the strategic plan of the university and meet identified student enrichment outcomes specifically in the areas of quality, community, affordability and flexibility.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Administration, or Hospitality Management or related.
• Eight or more years of related experience including 3 years of managerial experience;
• A minimum of 2 years experience with procurement and contract management.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in higher education, contract food service management, business administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field;
• Two years experience in food service operations and management including maintenance, operating systems, emergency procedures and risk management;
• At least two years of experience running a large comprehensive multi-unit dining program;
• The successful candidate should also possess a demonstrated understanding of special needs of customers, including but not limited to nutrition programs, accommodations for allergies, and working knowledge of ADA issues impacting food service programs.
