About the Opportunity:
The Associate Director is part of the Khoury College of Computer Sciences (Khoury) marketing team and will report to the Senior Director of Marketing, Communication, Recruitment and Digital Strategy. The Associate Director is responsible for strategic development, management and execution of the College's graduate programs marketing efforts, with a primary focus on digital marketing. The Associate Director will develop and execute a marketing and communications plan for graduate programs.
Digital marketing: Develop and execute a digital marketing strategic plan to grow enrollments across campuses. Working closely with EM and regional marketing managers develop and deploy digital marketing plan including banner and display ads, web content, landing pages, videos and other content marketing pieces. Act as primary liaison with EM on all marketing efforts. Work with Regional Marketing Managers to manage all program marketing in region.
Project management of creative partnerships - work with content marketing manager and select vendors to develop creative assets. Ensure that all materials are brand compliant.
Social Media: develop and deploy a social media plan for graduate programs - both organic and paid for Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms. Coordinate a social media ambassador program of graduate students to engage prospective students.
Analytics - set clear goals, analyze performance, conduct a/b testing, report on performance and modify plans as needed to ensure that goals are met or exceeded.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field with minimum of 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in a higher education setting. Demonstrated success in the development and implementation of digital marketing plan that meets or exceeds goals. Flexible, creative thinker open to new ideas and changing priorities within a fast-paced organization. Strong project management skills and ability to manage across multiple levels of an organization. Experience working with creative partners. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think and act both analytically and strategically.
