Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor (Endocrine Surgeon)
The Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery and Baylor College of Medicine are committed to excellence in surgical care, education and research. Ideally situated in the heart of the world's largest medical center, the 150 members of the Department practice in the Texas Medical Center at iconic institutions, including BSLMC, Texas Children's Hospital, Ben Taub General Hospital, and the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center.
The Division of Surgical Oncology, Section of Endocrine Surgery at The Michael E. DeBakey Department of Surgery, has an immediate opening for a board certified/board eligible and fellowship trained endocrine surgeon for an established academic group with a strong program and a thriving community practice. Prior clinical experience in an academic institution is strongly desirable. Position will be part of our Thyroid and Parathyroid Center and will provide Clinical services at our affiliate hospital facilities. Academic rank is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Applicants must have an MD. or M.D./Ph.D. and maintain a valid Texas Medical License. Candidate must be eligible to obtain hospital privileges at BCM affiliated facilities. Drug testing/background check is required prior to start.
