Men's Basketball Head Coach/Athletic Specialist

Salary: $49,900

The Men's Basketball Head Coach/Athletic Specialist reports to the Dean of Athletics. This individual will be expected to demonstrate the ability to coach in a highly competitive intercollegiate athletic program in addition to a specified set of related athletic responsibilities. This position has a ten month professional obligation.

For all areas, understanding the mission of a comprehensive community college, community college teaching experience, knowledge of assessment strategies for student learning outcomes, capability with instructional technology, interest in teaching online courses, good communication skills, and ability to work effectively with students preferred.

Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years coaching experience required. Valid driver license at the time of and duration of appointment, ability to travel, and work a flexible schedule is required. Master’s degree and college coaching experience preferred.
