Under the general supervision of the Director of Strength & Conditioning, act as a Coach for the Division's Strength & Conditioning Program in accordance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University regulations.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree required and one (1) year of college or professional strength and conditioning coaching experience required. Three (3) to five (5) years of college or professional women's basketball strength and conditioning experience is preferred. Other qualifications include: the ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups and administrators, faculty, staff and students; the ability to be able to develop and implement innovative approaches and solutions; ability to work well independently and in teams; and ability to be flexible in accepting new responsibilities. National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association (CSCCa) certification preferred.

Conditions of Appointment: This is a Limited Staff appointment. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included. Anticipated start date on or after May 1, 2021.
