You will build and maintain relationships with thought leaders across the country to identify the recruiting needs of our business and consistently deliver results. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:

  • Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources to determine Talent Acquisition needs
  • Screen resumes and review candidates to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and conduct in-person and phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers and follow up on the interview process status
  • Perform reference and background checks and administer appropriate company assessments
  • Utilize data-driven reports and metrics to inform and guide hiring managers and Human Resources regarding Talent Acquisition processes and status of candidates’ engagement
  • Proactively build relationships with active and passive candidates sourced through career events, social networks, career sites, and staffing agencies
  • Maintain relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
  • Maintain the potential candidate database, making updates as needed
  • Analyze the operations of different departments to determine which departments would benefit from additional staff
  • Support talent acquisition or Human Resources related events, or programs including, but not limited to career events, hosting job fairs, intern program, or team related activities
  • May assist in the preparation of reports including talent mapping, market analysis and recruiting strategy review
  • Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices


  • OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
    May perform other duties and responsibilities that management may deem necessary from time to time.

  • BA/BS in HR, Business Administration, or another related field required
  • 3-5 years of related experience required
  • Moderate knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Moderate knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • Moderate knowledge of Human Resources practices and policies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills
  • Able to work as part of a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Good interpersonal abilities and communication skills
  • Ability and interest to work in a globally diverse environment
