Two-Year Visiting Professor in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management
Valparaiso University invites applications for a two-year visiting position, in the College of Business (https://www.valpo.edu/college-of-business/). Candidates should have a Ph.D. (ABD considered) in relevant fields from an AACSB accredited institution. The teaching load typically includes a 3/3 plus additional campus citizenship activities and maintenance of an active industry engagement. Teaching experience with demonstrated classroom and online teaching effectiveness is highly desirable. The successful candidate will be able to teach existing undergraduate and graduate courses in Organizational Behavior (primary focus), and Leadership and Human Resource Management (as secondary).
