The Nursing Simulation and Learning Resources instructor/faculty is
responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Learning Resource
Center (LRC) within the School of Nursing and provide direct
education to the undergraduate & graduate students.
Participation in faculty meetings/committees is expected to support
faculty and students and expand simulation experiences., The

& Responsibilities:
The Instructor/Faculty Nursing Simulation and Learning Resources will orient students in their first clinical lab experience. Assist in the development of skills review days. Lead facilitated lab experiences for students who need remedial work. Develop case scenarios in collaboration with faculty for both structured labs and simulation. Assist students with use of the electronic health record (EHR). Leads simulation scenarios for courses within the School of Nursing. Oversees the daily operations of the Learning Resource Center and promote the image of the nursing program through public relations.
Education & Experience:
Active Registered Nurse License in Maine
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical skills required.
Knowledge and familiarity with multi-media resources and computers.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet the clinical lab needs of faculty and students
