Director of Institutional Advancement

Director of Institutional Advancement: Primary responsibilities include oversight of college fundraising campaigns and events, grants, and alumni relations. This position serves as the liaison between Mid-Plains Community College and two related foundations; McCook College Foundation and North Platte Community College Foundation.

The successful candidate will have a collaborative management style, promote a positive work environment, and have a student-first mindset. The candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills, be able to solve problems, and be a relationship-oriented leader.

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county district in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with at least three years of successful grant writing and fundraising experience required.
