Director of Persistence

The director of persistence is a seasoned pro and leadership team member who will drive the strategic growth of BRYC’s college retention and alumni employment support services.

• Building and executing a strategic plan: Crafting and investing direct reports in a growth vision, and building the systems and other infrastructural elements required to carry out that vision

• Leading a team: Supporting a team of talented persistence managers so they are effective in their roles and developing professionally
  

• Forming Partnerships: Building formal partnerships with colleges to amplify our support of the students we share

Strengthening Student relations: Being every bit as effective as the persistence managers who report to you at building relationships with and supporting college students

Being a dedicated Community Advocate: Supporting a multi-grade cohort of high school Fellows and leading dialogues on socioemotional topics

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s min. Management: 2 yrs min. Higher Ed Experience : 2 yrs min.
