Summer Registrarial Intern, Tang



Job Summary

The person filling this position will work with the Senior Museum Registrar and the Collections Registrar. The Registrarial Assistant will receive training to assist with a variety of tasks related to artworks on exhibit and gain knowledge of collections stewardship. Responsibilities will include: art handling, archival storage methods and materials, researching and cataloging of artworks, clerical and maintenance tasks, and assistance with visits to the collection

Minimum Qualifications

The desired candidate will have an interest in the position of museum registrar, possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and excellent communication skills.

Position hours: up to 30 hours per week for 10 weeks
