This position will be responsible for:
1. Preparing and maintaining study binders
2. Filing regulatory documents and lab results
3. Scheduling patient visits
4. Making reminder calls to subjects
5. Prepping for Clinic Visits
6. Prepping lab kits
7. Breaking down expired lab kits
8. Data Entry
9. Transporting documents/specimens periodically
10. Other duties as assigned by Research Manger

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of relevant computer software programs including Windows operating systems, Microsoft office, Google, Electronic Data Capture, Scheduling Systems, Email and Calendar programs.
• Record of excellent customer service and communication skills
• Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines under the direction and supervision of the division research manager.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a diverse work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as an administrative assistant, research assistant or receptionist.
• Experience in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of research processes, communication and problem-solving strategies.
