for the position of Executive Director
CAAHEP is the largest accreditor of allied health professionals with 25 review Committees on Accreditation serving 32 different professions and over 2200 programs nationally and internationally. Incorporated in Illinois, CAAHEP is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that maintains a mailing address in Florida, but operates virtually.
Candidate qualifications include a highly motivated, organized, and mission driven leader with at least 7 years experience in programmatic or institutional accreditation. The individual must hold at minimum an earned Master's degree from an accredited post-secondary academic institution; earned Doctorate preferred. The individual must possess a strong working knowledge of professional accreditation, assessment, quality assurance, higher education, leadership, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
