Position Summary:
Supervises, organizes, manages and leads the Preventative Maintenance unit and staff to ensure that all Eastern Kentucky University mechanical, plumbing and electrical building systems and equipment operates at the expected level of efficiency and effectiveness.

Minimum Education:
• Requires College Degree or Certificate from a 4 year accredited college

Minimum Experience:
• Three years skilled experience in preventive maintenance or in journey-level related skilled trade

Minimum Licensure and Certification:
Required Knowledge:
• Knowledge of all OSHA regulations and Safety Code requirements.
• Ability to carry out instructions in written, oral, blueprints, schematics, diagrams and pictorial form, understand manuals & verbal instructions technical in nature.
• Good computer and organizational skills.
