Reporting to the President, this position will lead a dynamic team of Deans of Student and Community Engagement responsible for curating a consistent welcoming community that reflects MCC’s commitment to student belonging and empowerment and is responsible for creating the circumstances and support structures that enhance student development, involvement, and leadership engagement on each campus. In addition to leadership duties, this position will be assigned to manage the dean duties on the Neal Campus (NCK) in Kingman, AZ.
As an arm of the President’s Office, the Vice President will serve as a community and college engagement conduit and will support MCC’s presence in the various communities we serve, providing assistance in the creation, development, and implementation of a plan to identify and cultivate viable community partners, including local business, industry, government, non-profits, and K-12 leaders. This will include the direct involvement of key MCC personnel in the cultivation of all community-oriented plans.
