This position will coordinate and direct all aspects of strength and conditioning training for the sports of women's basketball, volleyball, softball, and women's tennis.

Key areas of responsibility include the following, when available:

  • Direct strength and conditioning training of women's basketball student-athletes including warm-ups and cool downs for practices and contests.
  • Direct strength and conditioning training of volleyball student-athletes including warm-ups and cool downs for practices and contests.
  • Direct strength and conditioning training of softball student-athletes including warm-ups and cool downs for practices and contests.
  • Direct strength and conditioning training of women's tennis student-athletes.


The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Ability to educate student-athletes in strength & conditioning
  • Ability to educate student-athletes in lifestyle nutrition
  • Ability to educate student-athletes in regeneration methods
  • Ability to multi-task Ability to supervise people

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field; certifications from approved governing body (CSCCa, NSCA, USA-W), CPR/AED/First Aid); minimum of 1-3 years of intercollegiate strength and conditioning experience; and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Kinesiology, Sports Management, or related field; reflexive Performance Reset (RPR) certification, experience with GPS or other wearable technology; personal involvement in competitive sport; and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
