Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years of minimum related experience required.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University - Worldwide is looking for a Veteran Affairs Counselor to work in Daytona Beach, FL.
- This position would be responsible for the proper program administration of Federal and State Veterans’ Education Programs including reporting, payments, overpayments, compliance for online and campus students.
- Focus on quality customer service, aid in recruitment and retention of veteran students attending online courses or campus courses.
- Responsible for data management, integrity activities and maintenance of student records in compliance with federal VA and all state approving agencies, records maintenance and retention requirements.
- Enhance the administration of veterans’ education and outreach programs and provide effective services and quality customer service to students and prospective students.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or 1-3 years of minimum related experience required.
Required skills, knowledge, abilities:
- Analytical skills with a working knowledge of information systems and with Microsoft operating systems: Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook/email, and Internet end-user applications.
- Knowledge of federal, state and intuitional regulations and guidelines related to the administration of Veterans Education Programs preferred.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a team environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong communications skills and attentiveness for problem solving and achieving solutions.
- Ability to follow instructions and perform accurately with a strong attention to detail.
