Executive Director of Development
William Paterson University invites applications for the 12-month full time position of Executive Director of Development.
Under the direction of the Vice President for Institutional Advancement, the Executive Director provides leadership and management for the University's Annual Giving and Donor Relations offices and staff. The ED guides the respective office directors in designing and implementing strategies that meet the division's fundraising and donor stewardship goals in support of the University's mission for student success.
The Office of Institutional Advancement at William Paterson University is a group of nearly 25 staff members dedicated to engaging a robust community who believes that their contributions can transform the lives of approximately 9,700 people who make up the University's deserving and diverse student body.
The Office of Institutional Advancement accomplishes its work by providing funding opportunities for academic excellence, student success, unique learning opportunities, community outreach, affordability, and state-of-the-art facilities.
