Position Summary:

Under the general supervision of the Head Coach, act as the Director of Operations for a Division I Women's Basketball program in accordance with NCAA, Big Ten, and University regulations.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's degree required

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

One to three years of intercollegiate athletics experience is preferred. Seven or more years of experience is required for appointment at the Senior Level. An understanding of NCAA, Big Ten and University rules and regulations is also preferred.

Conditions: This is a Limited appointment, serving at the discretion of the Head Basketball Coach and Director of Athletics, on annual 12-month contract. Salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also included. Successful applicants are responsible for ensuring their eligibility to work in the United States (i.e. a citizen or national of the United States, a lawful permanent resident, a foreign national authorized to work in the United States without need of employer sponsorship) on or before the effective date of appointment.
