Job Description:

The Assistant Dean, Enrollment Management provides administrative oversight, leadership, and guidance to Recruiting, Admissions, and the Contact Center. Coordinates enrollment, retention, and completion campaigns. Oversees the development, implementation, and assessment of yearly and multi-year recruitment plans. Provides quarterly, and as requested, reports on the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. Collaborates with the Executive Director, Institutional Research to assess application trends from high schools, colleges, and the business and industry sector in the service area. Makes recommendations regarding programs to market. Collaborates with Marketing to develop marketing campaigns for specific programs as well as general enrollment campaigns. Assists with oversight, reporting, and revision of activities related to the Quality Enhancement Plan and the Title III grant. This position reports to the Dean, Student Affairs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from a regionally accredited institution with a master’s degree. Five years of full-time experience in recruiting, advising, or other related areas. Successful results of the criminal background check required.

Pursuant to College policy, it is an employment eligibility requirement for an applicant to meet the requirements of § 435.04(2), Florida Statutes, related to background investigations. Any person failing to meet the requirements of the statute will be deemed not qualified to hold employment in this position. A Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) approved background check will be conducted on every successful candidate as a condition of employment, and any person who fails to disclose any adverse information contained in the background investigation at the time of submitting the employment application will be disqualified from employment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Doctoral degree or significant graduate credit in areas such as higher education administration, leadership, or management.

Salary Range : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 (Depending on the qualifications, the salary is negotiable. However, the College does not generally hire at the top of the range.)
