Dining and Conference Services at St. Lawrence University invites applications for a CBORD/Marketing Manager position.

Under the direction of the Unit Managers of Dining and Conference Services, the person in this position is primarily responsible for managing the food services system (CBORD Foodservice Suite) including implementation of the FSS software. Responsible for CBORD upgrades and testing. In coordination with Chef Manager analyzes and makes decisions on the content and necessary updates for the recipe data on an ongoing basis in the CBORD system. Directly manages and provides guidance on the use of the recipes. Produces service summary reports, forecast reports, cost analysis reports, and maintains links and information. Creates, directs and plans for training of other managers and designated staff in the use of CBORD FSS.

The position will be responsible for managing dining service’s social media content and developing compelling written and visual content for the campus community. The person will be responsible for standardizing communications and visuals for both digital and physical signage for all dining locations and work with Unit Managers and Director of Dining on developing brands.
