About the Opportunity:
The Student Services Specialist in the D'Amore-McKim School of Business plans and delivers student services programs (including yield management activities) for the students in the MS in Innovation (MSI) program (online.) and the MS in Business Analytics (MSBA) program (online and on-campus).

Responsibilities include planning and implementation of orientation, and alumni events, managing the course registration process each term, tracking academic progress and keeping accurate student records

Bachelor's degree required. At least one year of work experience in customer and/or student services. Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Attention to detail; commitment to quality; and ability to balance multiple demands from students and faculty. Expertise with basic word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Banner, Canvas, Salesforce a plus. Professional presence and maturity in dealing with a variety of student issues. Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends, as required. Team player. Responsive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. Sense of humor.
