The Wilder School Criminal Justice program seeks an adjunct faculty member for co-develop and co-facilitate the International Association of Chiefs of Police course, Bridging Perspectives and Building Relationships with University Students.

“This position starts in June with the development of the course. The selected individual will teach in the fall.”

$1,500 Summer – course development

$3,300 Fall – teaching

Total $4,800

Required Qualifications

Experience as a police executive, sworn or previously sworn. Knowledge of historical perspectives on relations between police and communities, Fair and Impartial Policing practices, police legitimacy, and other high-level law enforcement administrative aspects. Prior teaching experience required. Two references required.
