Applications are invited for appointment as Non-Tenure-Track Clinical Assistant Professor of Practice in the School of Public Health (Ref.: 503364), to commence as soon as possible, on a three-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a medical qualification registrable with the Medical Council of Hong Kong and a specialist qualification in Public Health Medicine or equivalent. They should demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching and learning, competence in designing and delivering courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, and the ability to contribute to the overall enhancement and development of medical, public health and global health curriculum in the School and Faculty. The appointee will provide specialist training and consultancy to health and international agencies, play a key role in leading the development of academic scholarship and teaching programmes, and participate in services and administration in the School, Faculty and University. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary. A monthly cash allowance will be offered to the successful candidate. Housing benefits will also be provided as applicable.
