Associate Director of Admissions/Campus Visit Manager

Gettysburg College is seeking an Associate Director of Admissions/Campus Visit Manager to join a highly effective admissions team.  This position reports to the Dean of Admissions and manages all aspects of a thriving campus visit program. Responsibilities include setting the strategic direction for the campus visit program, supervising daily visit operations and campus event organization along with admissions recruitment duties such as admissions travel, territory management, interviewing prospective students, public speaking, data analysis and application review and selection. 

Position requirements are as follows:  a Bachelor's degree, at least five years of demonstrated experience working as a professional in college admissions, and a valid United States driver's license.  The successful candidate should have experience with event organization, customer service coordination; excellent demonstrated abilities to communicate verbally and in writing; speak confidently in front of large groups; implement programs and organize activities and projects on time, and work collaboratively and effectively with a diverse group of people in a dynamic environment.
