Under the supervision of the vice president for Student Development, the dean of Enrollment Services provides vision, leadership and direction to the planning, budgeting, administration and evaluation of recruitment, admissions, registration, records, financial aid and off-campus Student Development services, and acts as one of the co-chairs for the college’s Enrollment Management committee. The dean evaluates the effectiveness of the college’s enrollment planning and services, and recommends strategies for the Plan, Improve, Evaluate (PIE) process. The dean of Enrollment Services establishes assessment plans, goals and objectives for student centric initiatives, and programs in the areas of supervision that are consistent with the overall goals of Student Development and the college, including analyzing information and data to formulate enrollment initiatives, and assessing enrollment outcomes based on data, enrollment forecasting and effective practices. The dean will be responsible for enhancing enrollment opportunities with K-12 and community partners through innovative initiatives.

The Dean of Enrollment Services will have demonstrated innovative enrollment practices at community colleges or in higher education; experience in recruitment, admissions, records, registration and financial aid procedures; directed the integration of the admissions and enrollment processes, providing information and direction to credit and noncredit students for enrollment, registration and records assistance; supervised (in accordance with FERPA guidelines) the services provided to students, applicants, faculty and staff regarding student records, academic status and college policies on admissions, records and graduation; coordinated a comprehensive, automated recruitment tracking system using technology to establish contact with prospective students (CRM); assessed, enhanced and managed student records systems (i.e. Ellucian); overseen the preparation of all reports and program reviews; and prepared proposed annual budgets for all areas of responsibility.

The successful candidate will have in Student Personnel Administration, Educational Administration or related area required. Doctorate preferred. A minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative experience in the areas of enrollment services or admissions, records, registration, recruitment or financial aid. Proficiency in student information systems (i.e. Ellucian) is required. Demonstrated leadership in assessment of the onboarding experience for students. Proficiency in another language, other than English, is an added value. Must have a track record demonstrating dedication to the principles of diversity, equity and inclusion. Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. Some evenings and weekends are required when needed. Must be available 24/7. Salary: $101,385.
