The Entrepreneurship & Community Development Clinic offers pro bono corporate and transactional legal services to low- and moderate-income entrepreneurs and community groups on a wide range of transactional matters relevant to their business or organization. The clinic’s services are offered to clients in New York, primarily in Harlem.

The duration of the appointment is for a period of two years, which may be renewable for a third and/or fourth year, based on performance.

Like all of the clinical positions at Columbia Law School, this is a non-tenure track position.
