Responsibilities:
This application is to support the Bolivar County/DSU vaccination site with the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine to the general public.

  • Check in/Register staff receiving vaccine
  • Documentation of vaccinations and performing other post-vaccination management, including monitoring employees in observation areas
  • Setup and cleaning/takedown, and securing of vaccine, at the end of the day
  • Marketing the Site
  • Answering phones for the appointment hotline service


    Qualifications:
    • Minimum Experience: 1-2 years

    • Minimum Education: High School or G.E.D.

    • Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary work with occasionally lifting of supplies/equipment

    • Skills: Excellent skills with automated office applications; great affinity for learning multiple computer systems; excellent communications/ interpersonal and customer service skills/telephone etiquette


    Salary:
    HourlyCommensurate with experience, qualifications, and university’s resources.

    Special Instructions to Applicants:
    This is a temporary seasonal assignment with a duration of 3-4 months.

    Vaccination POD Schedule: Tuesdays & Fridays 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. Student Health Center Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays, as scheduled.
