The Department of Economics and Marketing in the Romain College of Business (RCoB) at the University of Southern Indiana invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Agricultural Business, who will teach undergraduate courses in Agricultural Business beginning in August 2021. The selected candidate will also be expected to contribute to the growing curriculum in the Romain College of Business’s Agricultural Business concentration in our Business Administration major.

 

A doctoral level degree in Economics, Agricultural Business, or a similarly related agricultural business field from an accredited university is required. Applicants with ABD status will be considered for the rank of instructor until a degree is completed.

 

Candidates should submit statement of research program underway, evidence of dedication to student success, ability to further enhance the college’s Agricultural Business program, and willingness to actively participate in service to the college, university, and community.

 

USI’s Romain College of Business is dual accredited by the AACSB for undergraduate business and accounting programs as well as graduate programs. The RCoB plays an important role in the economic and social development of the region. The College currently enrolls approximately 1,200 undergraduate business majors across eight different programs and more than 1,000 MBA students across seven concentration areas.
