Foundations Art Temporary Faculty Position

The Department of Art at Kutztown University invites applications for a temporary part-time position to teach studio art courses in Foundations, particularly Two-Dimensional Design and Three-Dimensional Design, beginning in Fall 2021 and/or Spring 2022. Courses may be taught face-to-face, hybrid, and/or online. Teaching online will require successful completion of the Teaching Online Certification Course offered through Kutztown University. In accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, performance review and evaluation of faculty is based on effective teaching and fulfillment of professional responsibilities; continuing scholarly growth and professional development; and service. Required: Master’s degree in art or a related area; strong professional portfolio of personal and student artwork; teaching experience of at least one year or equivalent; successful interview and demonstration of relevant abilities required.
