Position Summary:

The Division of Continuing Studies (DCS) supports the University of Wisconsin-Madison mission and the spirit of the Wisconsin Idea by advocating for and engaging lifelong learners.

As a member of the Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Team you'll play a key role in creating strategies that advance the Division's and clients' goals.

Degree and Area of Specialization:

A Bachelor's degree is required, with the most relevant academic fields including Marketing, Journalism, Communication Arts, etc.

Minimum Years and Type of Relevant Work Experience:

- At least 5 years' experience working with clients or teams as the primary point of contact for marketing campaigns.
- Demonstrated experience with the planning and execution of integrated marketing plans that incorporate a variety of tactics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast paced multidisciplinary team environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with diverse clients, cultivating long-term partnerships.
- Ability to be flexible in response to client needs, while enforcing internal process and procedures.
- Demonstrated success working independently on complex projects, handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines in a detail-oriented environment.

A successful candidate may also have one or more of these skills:
- Knowledge of marketing online educational resources
- Experience in an agency setting
- Experience in a higher-education setting
