Director, Gibson Center Job : 1001106 Wolfson Campus                 Job Summary

 The Director of the Gibson Center provides overall leadership, guidance for the Center staff and functions that include academic affairs, student services, technology and administrative services. The position assists students to resolve problems and issues, and collaborates with Deans, Directors, and Academic Chairpersons. This is a Professional Exempt Contractual (PEC) position for which an annual contract reflecting the base salary within the fiscal year (July 1st to June 30th) will be issued after ratification by Miami Dade College’s District Board of Trustees. 

Minimum Requirements            
  • Master’s degree in Education, Psychology or other appropriate field and three (3) years of related experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology or other appropriate field and seven (7) years of working experience
  • All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
  • Knowledge and understanding of College organization, goals and objectives, and policies and procedures
