Clinical Assistant Professor/Clinical Associate Professor, Nursing

The School of Nursing at Stony Brook University invites/seeks applications for one full-time clinical faculty position to teach in the Undergraduate program. Adult Gerontological experience is preferred to enhance curricular concepts across four spheres of care (prevention/promotion of health and well-being, chronic illness care, critical/trauma care and hospice/palliative care). As a Clinical Assistant/Associate Professor you are expected to contribute to the educational, research, clinical and community service mission of the School of Nursing.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • Doctoral Degree (Earned or In Progress).
  • 3 Years Upper Division Teaching Experience.
  • Valid NY State Professional Nurse License.

    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Recent Adult or Gerontological Acute Care Experience.
