Under the direction of the Director of Financial Aid, the Assistant Director, assists in the administration of the Financial Aid Office. Oversees one or more sections of the department; participates in the development and implementation of policies and procedures in compliance with federal Title IV and state financial aid regulations and college policies. Provides assistance with the management of an efficient and client oriented financial aid delivery system and electronic student loan processes.

Coordinate and process records and authorize disbursement of funds under federal Title IV and NJ State Grant and Scholarship Programs, including reconciliation of all state grant and scholarship program rosters, communicating with NJ HESAA ensuring payment of disbursed awards. This assignment includes accurate and timely completion of state grant pre-disbursement and disbursement and reconciliation reports. Oversee and supervise the use of electronic student loan processes (Commonline & Direct Loan).
