The Newcomb Art Department of Tulane University in New Orleans seeks a Visiting Assistant Professor specializing in drawing, painting, and printmaking. The Newcomb Art Department is one of the largest and most important departments within the School of Liberal Arts at Tulane. This is a two-year position that begins July 31, 2021. The teaching load is 3/3 and includes introductory drawing and painting courses focused on rendering from observation and 2D design, as well as courses in printmaking that could include: etching, relief, screenprint, and/or lithography.
