Position Summary:
A Staff Interpreter facilitates communication between persons who are deaf/hard of hearing and all aspects of the public and private sector, which may include, but are not limited to academic, business and other entities as needed and appropriate.


Minimum Education:
Bachelor’s degree is required.


Minimum Experience:
Three years of directly related experience is required.


Minimum Licensure and Certification:
•National Interpreting Certification is required and must be maintained.
•Temporary Interpreting License is required. Full Interpreting License preferred.
•Multiple experiences in various areas of expertise are preferred.
