Purpose of Position

Assist with the development of the Project Management Office establishing policies and procedures for project management and change management for the organization. Responsible for project management including planning, monitoring and reporting of strategic, high profile projects.

Primary Responsibilities

Managing multiple high priority, large scale projects through the entire project life cycle, establish project management standards, provide support and mentoring to other project managers, identify and execute process improvement, drive adherence to project management standards and perform audits of projects to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree required and 5 years of experience in project management.

No specific major is required, but one in a business/project management field preferred.

Experience with technical project implementation and project management methodologies would be very useful, as would strong technology skills with software commonly used in our environment.

Minimum of 3 references.
