St. Ambrose University invites nominations and applications for the position of Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM). The University seeks an experienced Enrollment Management professional to oversee the admissions operations of the University and to ensure achievement of the enrollment goals in a manner consistent with the University’s mission and strategic plan.

The Position
Reporting to the President, the Vice President for Enrollment Management serves as a key member of the President’s cabinet and is responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive and sustainable enrollment management strategies. The VPEM oversees Admissions, Financial Aid, Communications and Marketing and Retention. The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in all recruitment areas, including undergraduate, transfer, graduate, international and adult degree completion programs, including online learning; and a proven track record for translating strategic thinking into action plans. The VPEM shall develop enrollment plans and policies that are innovative, analytically rigorous and data-driven; and continuously assessed and refined, in partnership with the Cabinet and other key campus stakeholders. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership for proactive and reactive retention efforts in cooperation with other key constituent groups within the St. Ambrose community. 

This position requires a minimum of a master's degree in an appropriate field and documented leadership experience in progressively significant management roles in higher education admissions, enrollment management, and financial aid. Evidence of effective oral, written, and presentation skills is required.
