Job Description:

The School of Engineering, Computing and Construction Management invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor of Construction Management for the 2021/22 academic year. Successful candidates will teach four undergraduate course sections in Fall 2021, and three in Spring 2022 across a wide range of topics that may include estimating, scheduling, materials & methods, equipment, plans & specs, and computer applications. In addition to teaching, the successful candidate will advise students, serve on committees, and fulfill other faculty responsibilities. Winter and/or Summer teaching if available would be for additional compensation. Appointment would commence August 15, 2021.

Requirements:

Ph.D. in construction management, construction engineering, architectural engineering, architecture, or closely related discipline or a master's degree with extensive industry experience. Prior teaching experience is preferred.

Salaries for new hires at Roger Williams University usually fall between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range.
