Denison University seeks an Assistant Director of Admission. Reporting to the Director of Admission, this position supports the strategic plan of the University by recruiting students in an assigned geographic territory. This position markets Denison’s academic programs to students and their parents through personal visits, presentations, and other forms of communication. The Assistant Director of Admission recruits, evaluates, and enrolls students according to the goals set forth by the Office of Admission, and participates in on and off campus recruitment activities and programs. Extensive travel is required.

A bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of transferable professional experience is required. Strong preference will be given to candidates who can demonstrate their ability to use the latest technology in recruitment and enrollment planning, including demonstrated experience with a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Additionally, a current, valid driver’s license is required. The successful candidate must be insurable under Denison’s liability insurance policy.
