The College of Applied Science and Technology (CAST) invites applications for a tenure-eligible position at the Assistant Professor level. Faculty candidates are sought in areas that include the following: Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Data Science, and Software Engineering. CAST is seeking candidates who can demonstrate outstanding teaching as well as the ability to develop new research programs consistent with the college's purpose, vision, and values. The Assistant Professor, Applied Computing will contribute to building a strong team of culturally diverse faculty and staff who are committed to preparing traditional, post-traditional, and transfer students for success in a 21st-century workforce.
