The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, Bloomington is accepting applications for full-time Lecturer (rank open) positions to teach Kelley Compass Professional Skills (career/professional development) courses in the Communication, Professional, and Computer Skills area, effective fall 2021. These are 10-month appointments with an 18-hour teaching assignment.

Candidates must have a Master’s Degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Business, Career Counseling, Organizational Leadership/Management, Psychology (including Educational and Positive), or a related field. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching undergraduate students and/or training business professionals. Knowledge of career development is desirable. Candidates with experience in corporate recruiting, or corporate training and development are encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, commitment to university service and professional development, and working as a member of a collaborative faculty team are required.
