Zhejiang University (ZJU) is one of China’s top
higher education institutions, as well as one of its oldest.

The College of Media and International Culture
at Zhejiang University was established in 2006. Its Department of
Journalism, founded in 1958, is one of the earliest journalism
education departments in China. According to the 2021 QS World
University Ranking, the College is ranked among the top 150
globally for Communication and Media Studies.
1. Areas
We are interested in faculty candidates who have
expertise in one or more of the following areas:Journalism,
Communication, Radio and Television Art, Film Studies, Advertising,
Public Relations, Aesthetics, Cultural Studies, Data Science,
Linguistics, Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language, and other
related interdisciplinary studies.
2. Positions
Full time positions include Leading Professor,
Full Professor/Associate Professor, Tenure-track Assistant
Professor. Non-Full-time positions include Visiting Foreign
Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor. Please refer to
