Undergraduate Academic Advisor

The Undergraduate Advisor in the School of Architecture and Urban Planning team fosters student success at the highest level through managing the undergraduate program. This is accomplished by organizing activities and ensuring that all functions are executed in compliance with both UWM’s and the school policies and procedures, within established deadlines and specific goals for student learning outcomes. The Advisor is a liaison between the faculty/staff and the undergraduate students regarding program requirements. This Advisor will maintain a strong working knowledge of campus academic, administrative, and personal support services for students. Specific duties/tasks are wide-ranging and will primarily focus on recruitment, admissions, retention, enrollment and records management and robust academic advising for approximately 500 undergraduate students.
