The Lebanon Valley College Office of Residential Life seeks an associate director of residential life. The associate director of residential life is a full-time, 12-month, live-in professional, who provides oversight and leadership to multiple aspects of the Office of Residential Life.  The associate director oversees approximately 450-850 students in residential facilities, supervises and advises 20-25 student staff, provides oversight of the residential programming model and resident assistant training and development, supports the resident assistant recruitment and selection process, and participates in departmental assessment. Qualifications include a master’s degree (required) in student personnel, counseling, or a related field and a minimum of two years live-in experience in residential life is preferred. Prior student conduct experience is also preferred, as is the ability to prioritize tasks, and work extended and varied hours including evenings, weekends and some holidays.
